The GJ56.. electric drives have proven themselves millions of times over in daily use. They are characterized by their reliable and proven components, safe and quick installation in all standard head rails and optimum torque adjustment.
Our Geiger AIR external venetian blind/shutter motor series is an integrated, bidirectional radio system with mesh technology. It offers the option of confirming commands sent to a drive after they have been executed,
after execution and to report any errors that may have occurred back to the transmitter. Each drive can forward commands (mesh technology).
This increases the range of the radio system with each drive. Structural restrictions (e.g. solid concrete walls and ceilings), which have previously made the use of radio controls difficult, are thus reduced or even eliminated.

Optional referencing enables compensation for changes in winding behavior. A reference run is performed every 50 cycles. The function can be
be deactivated using the hand and wall transmitter.
Adjustable basic slat angle
The adjustable basic slat angle is important to ensure a uniform approach to the intermediate position with the set slat angle.
Slats have a different angle when the blind is opened and closed. To compensate for this behavior in an intermediate position,
the drive must know by how many degrees it must turn in the opposite direction so that the slats have the same angle.
