Motor control Warema type "MSE Inside 1 AP"

  • Direct control of a 24 V sun shading or window drive via a sun shading control center and a push-button on site
  • Several motor control units can be combined into a group and operated together by one push-button.
  • Operating mode of the push-button can be switched between time logic and permanent logic.
  • ZL: Time logic causes the MSE to go into self-hold after the push-button has been pressed for approx. 2 seconds. Pressing the button for a shorter time generates a reversing pulse (for slat products).
  • PL: Permanent logic causes the MSE to go into self-retaining mode as soon as the button is pressed (for fabric products/roller shutters).
  • Fanning out" program (complete slat turning after stop or 3 minutes running time) to ensure the correct position of the slats.
  • The sun shading drive can be locked via the locking input as soon as a window is opened, for example.
  • Direct supply of the 24 V motor and the optional accessories (max. 1 x EWFS Uniswitch or EWFS Piccolo FZL) via the integrated power supply unit.

Description

The motor control unit (MSE) Inside 1 AP is an electronic control device for direct control of a 24 V sun shading or window drive (read the "Safety instructions" section).
The motor control unit generates a safety extra-low voltage (SELV) from the 230 V mains to supply the drive and an optional accessory, such as EWFS Piccolo FZL or Uniswitch ZL.
An external potential-free switch can also be connected to the motor control unit, e.g. to protect your internal sunshade when the window is open. It also has program
switches for selecting between timed or permanent logic and for activating the "fanning out" function. The sun shading or window drive can be controlled via the motor control unit both
operated via the motor control unit both locally using a push-button and from a higher-level control center (e.g. Wisotronic). Several motor control units can be combined into a group and can then be controlled from
controlled from one push-button.

Function

Various programs can be activated by switching coding switches (S1) on themodule. Use a suitable tool for setting.

Program switch (S1) 4 "OFF" - Local operation with time logic (factory setting):
This control behavior is particularly suitable for blinds. The sunshade moves in the corresponding direction after the button is pressed. If the button remains pressed for longer than 2.5 seconds,
the control goes into self-retaining mode. The button can then be released. The sunshade moves until the fixed running time of 3 minutes has elapsed. To cancel the self-retaining function
and stop the motor, one of the "Up" or "Down" buttons must be pressed briefly.

Program switch (S1) 4 "ON" - Local operation with permanent logic:
This control behavior is suitable for window drives, for example. After pressing the local push-button, the window moves in the corresponding direction and is immediately self-retaining.
The button can be released immediately and the window moves until the fixed running time of 3 minutes has elapsed. To cancel the self-retaining function and stop the motor,
one of the "Up" or "Down" buttons must be pressed briefly.

Program switch (S1) 1 "ON" - activates fanning out - fanning out function:
Regardless of whether you have selected time logic or permanent logic, if the "Fanning out" function is activated, a moving blind in the low direction performs a complete turn after a stop or
after 3 minutes of running time to ensure that the slats are in the correct position
