Application
The time logic 2 limit switch control unit is used in decentralized systems. The control units are installed near the motors and switches
installed. Integrated in boxes, they are accommodated in suspended ceilings, wiring ducts or on-site recesses. The control cable is looped,
i.e. from control unit to control unit and connected to it on site. The control unit is used to control motors with a second limit switch
in the low direction and a rated voltage of max. 230V~. The control voltage is supplied via an upstream power supply unit.
Function
Operation is via a control panel and/or push-buttons. The term time logic stands for a special sequence within the control units for group and/or individual operation within groups = hierarchical operation
or individual operation within groups = hierarchical structures with push-button switches. As long as a signal is present, motors are switched via the central input according to the output voltage
in both directions according to the output voltage.
Signals via the individual switch input are executed in the range of up to 2 seconds as long as they are present. If they last longer than 2 seconds, they are saved
(latching) and kept active until the limit switch is reached. To stop, press the button in the opposite direction. The slats of the blind remain open at the end of the running time
and after a stop command. When the push-button is pressed again during low travel, the slats of the blind are closed after the end of the running time.
At the central input +24VDC is switched to the direction terminals High, Low and Close, at the individual switch input terminal P to the direction terminals High, Low and Close
terminals. If signals from the central control unit and push-button are present at the same time, the central command has priority over the push-button command. Priority is given to the retract command,
if both direction signals from the central control unit or the individual switch are present at the same time.
When used as a group control unit, +24V is switched to terminal L, the conductor rail from the central control unit is connected to the central input and the group to be switched is connected to the motor output
Group to be switched is connected to the motor output.
