Please note that our online shop sells exclusively to commercial customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB). The statutory right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB, which is granted to consumers, is therefore excluded.
Since our products are intended for commercial use, we will only accept returns on a voluntary goodwill basis. In such cases, please contact us in advance to clarify the individual options for a return.
