Warema motor control unit type "MSE AS4 AP"

The MSE AS4 AP is used to control 230 V Venetian blind drives. This product is specially designed for external venetian blind systems with operating position (AS). Working position
means that the slats are already at an ideal angle of approx. 38° to the horizontal when the blind is moving DOWN. The drives are supplied via a 230 V AC mains cable.
The 24 V DC supply voltage for the MSE AS4 AP is generated in a regulated power supply unit or in a storey control unit and supplied via a control cable.
The sun shading device can be operated both locally using a push-button and via a sun shading control unit (e.g. Wisotronic). Several MSE AS4 AP can be combined into a group
and controlled jointly from one push-button.

Function

A UP or DOWN movement command can be issued both by a local control element (push-button with center position and changeover contact, see Fig. 3) and by a higher-level central control unit.
The control signals from the control center have priority over local operation.

The blind moves in the corresponding direction after the local button is pressed. Depending on the program status, the system is stopped by pressing the opposite button or releasing the button.
The slats can be adjusted in the DOWN or UP direction by briefly pressing the blind push-button. If the DOWN button is pressed again during the DOWN runtime,
the slats close in the lower end position. If the blind is in the upper end position when the LOW command is given, the LOW running time takes place immediately.

local operation with working position

Local operation is blocked for the duration of central operation, and any existing self-retaining function is deleted. If a CENTRAL LOW command is active in the lower end position
of the blind for longer than 3 minutes, the slats are closed.
