Tubular motor Siral Ø40mm "ABS"

• ABS = overrun braking system: prevents damage to the shutter curtain if it jams when lowering or runs into an obstacle. The ABS driver disengages and the shaft is no longer driven, preventing the curtain from winding up in reverse.
  
  
• Limit switch for the ABS series: simple adjustment by pressing the lever.
  
  
• Motor: Single-phase AC asynchronous motor, maintenance-free, lubricated for life. Insulation class H, short-time operation 4 minutes.
  
  
• Full winding capacity in every direction because our motors are not supplied with a fixed center position.
  
  
• Permanent overheating protection: prevents the motor from restarting automatically after reaching 140° C.
  
  
• Brake: naturally a disk brake that is closed by spring force and where the braking force always remains the same regardless of the temperature and load.
  
  
• Gearbox: a 3-stage planetary gearbox converts revolutions into power - naturally it is lubricated for life, maintenance-free and extremely quiet.
